Eligibility Protocol
Refunds are primarily evaluated under the following conditions:
- Severe Technical Failure (System inability to generate output)
- Double Billing / Fiscal Protocol Errors
- Unused Subscription Quotas (within 48 hours of transaction)

Non-Refundable Scenarios
To maintain the integrity of our neural processing costs, refunds are not issued for:
External Detection
Cases where outputs are flagged by third-party detectors, as detection criteria change dynamically.
Consumed Credits
Any account where more than 10% of the individual credit quota has been deployed.
