InkCognito aims for 100% operational success. Because our services involve non-tangible digital assets (AI Credits), we evaluate refund requests with structural precision to prevent abuse while ensuring fairness.

Eligibility Protocol

Refunds are primarily evaluated under the following conditions:

  • Severe Technical Failure (System inability to generate output)
  • Double Billing / Fiscal Protocol Errors
  • Unused Subscription Quotas (within 48 hours of transaction)

Non-Refundable Scenarios

To maintain the integrity of our neural processing costs, refunds are not issued for:

External Detection

Cases where outputs are flagged by third-party detectors, as detection criteria change dynamically.

Consumed Credits

Any account where more than 10% of the individual credit quota has been deployed.

Resolution Process

All requests are triaged by our support infrastructure within 48-72 operational hours.
